A Fundação Champalimaud abre, pelo 5º ano consecutivo, as candidaturas à Pós Gradução "Fundamentals of Medicine", um curso destinado a investigadores das Ciências da Vida, interessados em explorar questões, terminologia e conceitos médicos e promover a colaboração entre investigadores e médicos. 

O workshop Hands-on Molecular Tools tem como objetivo abordar os princípios fundamentais e as técnicas padrão utilizadas em Biologia Molecular, sendo conduzido por especialistas da Fundação Champalimaud, FCT-UNL e FCUL/cE3c.

Este curso incluirá aulas teóricas e práticas, nas quais os participantes adquirirão experiência em extração de ARN, síntese de cADN, RCP, digestão com enzimas de restrição, eletroforese, isolamento de ADN plasmídico, além de análises bioinformáticas e design experimental de um projeto de clonagem.

The symposium, themed Neuro-Cybernetics at Scale, draws inspiration from the recent advances in AI and machine learning, where scaling has unlocked unprecedented performance. We believe neuroscience may be approaching a similar inflection point. By convening researchers in experimental neuroscience, robotics, machine learning, control theory, and theoretical neuroscience, we aim to explore how ideas of scaling and feedback can shape the future of systems neuroscience.
