A edição deste ano teve um significado especial, assinalando o 15.º aniversário da inauguração do Centro Champalimaud, bem como os 385 anos da Restauração da Independência de Portugal. Estas comemorações conferiram ao dia uma atmosfera ainda mais simbólica e festiva, reforçando a forte ligação entre a Fundação, a cidade de Lisboa e o património cultural português.
