Access conditions

If you wish to schedule your first consultation with our specialists, perform a risk assessment or early diagnosis, ask for a second opinion consultation or perform diagnostic tests, you will have to contact the Call Centre by phone at (+351) 210 480 048/(+351) 965 927 748, or by email at: centro.atendimento@fundacaochampalimaud.pt

Our specialised assistants are ready to respond to all your doubts and to ask the right questions in order to correctly forward your case. They will also give you all the necessary information so that we can begin to follow your case.

All appointments can be made personally and directly.

At the Champalimaud Clinical Centre, we receive patients who benefit from the health subsystems or insurances with which we have established agreements, as well as private patients and patients referred to us by institutions belonging to the Portuguese Health System.
