The Champalimaud Foundation's Ethics Committee's main mission is to disseminate and ensure the observance of the highest ethical standards in the exercise of its activity within the scope of biomedical sciences. It acts as an advisory body to the Champalimaud Foundation, analysing and reflecting on all medical practice ethical issues.

Disseminate, Educate, Reflect
The Ethics Committee promotes, with the Champalimaud Foundation, training programmes in order to deepen and encourage reflection on issues related to the ethics and bioethics of the research developed at the institution.
