Tânia Mesquita joined the Champalimaud Foundation in 2011, the same year the clinical area opened. She started as a patient manager, moved through several roles and went on to become Director of the administrative area. She was one of those responsible for implementing a different model of care from what we are used to. This was the topic under discussion in this special episode of Vital.
